TOFD Level 2 Cursus
De Level 2 TOFD Cursus, is bedoeld voor personeel wat voor de Initiele TOFD certificering opgeleid moet worden. Deze cursus is volledig conform de ISO 25107, en ISO 9712 normen opgesteld. De examinering en certificering gebeurt door een onafhankelijke organisatie (hier zijn nog extra kosten aan verbonden).
De Level 2 TOFD cursus bestaat globaal gezien uit de volgende hoofd onderdelen.
- Onderricht in de basis theorie van TOFD
- het bedienen en instellen van de specifieke TOFD apparatuur
- het kiezen en instellen van inspectie setups en het correct kalibreren en inkijken van apparatuur conform de relevante standaarden
- beoordeling en analyse van de inspectie data
- Correct evalueren van de resultaten tegen de gekozen acceptatie criteria en het genereren van het testrapport.
